We offer refunds for products that are defective, damaged in shipping, or if the wrong product was sent by the merchant.
If the product arrives faulty in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can look into the matter and help you accordingly.
If you're looking to return an item that isn't damaged or faulty, please email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please notify us and return the items in their original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping fees for the initial transaction are non-refundable, however the merchant will cover the return shipping fees and shipping fees for the replacement product.
